Welcome to Stratum Designer. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Stratum Designer (“Software”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Perpetual Software License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable one-time purchase fee, Quaint Studios LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and execute Stratum Designer on up to three (3) hardware devices owned or controlled by you.

No Monthly Subscriptions: Your license does not expire and requires no monthly recurring subscription payments.
Perpetual Ownership: You retain permanent access to the major version of the Software purchased.

2. Local-First & Zero Telemetry Guarantee

Stratum Designer is engineered as local-first desktop software.

The Software operates 100% offline without requiring continuous cloud connectivity or user authentication accounts.
The Software collects zero telemetry data, analytics, personal identity tracking, or asset usage data.

3. License Verification & Device Allocation

License validation occurs lazily via a non-PII SHA-256 hardware identity hash (machine-uid). Cryptographic offline certificate leases are saved locally to your device. Raw hardware names, operating system credentials, and user data are never inspected or transmitted.

4. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

All storefront purchases are backed by a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. If you are unsatisfied with the Software for any reason within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
